Kindly let us know your sample requirements and we will arrange samples for your testing. Sample cost will be charged if necessary and will revert to your official order.

4 When can I except to receive sample ?

Our time frame for sample is around 2-7 days ,depends on your cable specification.

5 If I need customized cable, how will it work ?

Please send us the drawing if you have, or talk to our engineer and they will help out.

6 What is the warranty ?

All products from Sejow is granteed for two years.

7 In an unlikely event you get the faulty products, what is the solution ?

Contact us for the details and we will arrange a second shipment for free replacement after we figured out problems.

Order and Mass Production:

1) We will send PROFORMA INVOICE to you when the order is confirmed.

2) We will start to have mass production when confirming our sample and 30% T/T deposit received.

3)Customers need to confirm before formal production, we will actively cooperate.

4)Production and processing in strict accordance with customer requirements (customers can provide samples or drawings).

5)If the products need to be packed, we can provide our factory's packaging, we can also pack according to the requirements of customers.

6)We can produce according to some special needs of customers, such as tail processing; labeling; or customers provide materials for us to process injection molding, etc..

About the price:
due to different product characteristics (wire length, number of cores), the actual price is also different, our company provides a formal quotation.

 

About samples:
we can provide samples for free if we have stock, and charge sample fee for special samples according to the actual situation (the sample fee can be returned when it reaches the corresponding payment amount).


About payment for goods:

1) T/T /Western Union/acceptable;

2) 30% deposit and 70% before shipping all goods out is acceptable for big order.
