1.Definition and principle
Swiss-type turning is a more advanced CNC turning method. Unlike traditional tool-feeding turning, the work piece of the Swiss-type lathe is automatically fed by a bar feeder during the processing, and the work piece moves axially inside the lathe (swiss-type), and the tool cuts relative to the work piece.
